Lone Star Texas Grill Reviews

I booked a table online after seeing a few people say the reservation process was easy, they were right. We got seated close to our time, just had to wait a few extra minutes by the door. The host was friendly, and overall it was a smooth experience.

I had a small problem with my pickup order, which was kind of frustrating at first because I really didn’t want to deal with a hassle. But the staff got back to me quickly and were actually nice about it. They fixed the issue without making it complicated, so that was a relief. I still wish the problem hadn’t happened in the first place, but I appreciated how easy they made it to sort out.

I felt like this was a really good deal for dinner. The portions were bigger than I expected, and for the price, it definitely felt worth it to me.

Went here on a Friday night i wasn’t sure what to expect at first. The place had that warm Texas feel, but not in an overdone fake way, which I appreciated. It also wasn’t too loud, so I could actually relax and enjoy the vibe. I kept waiting for it to get annoying or crowded, but it stayed chill. Overall, nice place to hang out

I’d been feeling kind of trapped at home all day and just wanted something easy and comforting, so I ordered the chicken fajitas. They showed up hot, the chicken was really tasty, and the tortillas were soft and fresh. it was exactly what I needed, and I’d definitely order them again.

We went to Lone Star Texas Grill on a busy night and actually ended up waiting longer than we expected, maybe around 25-30 minutes. The staff were really nice about it though, and once we were seated they checked in on us. The food came out quickly after we ordered, which definitely helped. It wasn’t a perfect visit, but actually still a good night overall. I’d go back, just probably not right at peak dinner time.

I took the kids here for dinner because, i was too worn out to deal with cooking that night. They were happy with the food, which is always a win, and the staff was really patient with us even though the kids were being a little all over the place. Definitely an easy spot for a low-stress meal.

I’m a bit picky when it comes to places handling gluten-free requests, but the staff actually checked for me, which I really appreciated. The food was good too, so overall I had a solid experience...

My order was pretty much correct and everything showed up with nothing missing, so that was good. I just wish the instructions or details had been a little clearer so I knew exactly what to expect.

Went to Lone Star Texas Grill last weekend i was weirdly impressed by how clean it was. Like, I nearly made it my whole personality for the rest of the night. The tables weren’t sticky, the washrooms were actually tidy, and the floors looked well kept even though the place was busy. It just makes such a huge difference when a restaurant feels like people actually care about it. No complaints at all, I’d definitely go back

The food came out fast tonight, at least it felt that way to me. Maybe I was just really hungry, but I don’t think we had to wait long at all

The food was fine overall, nothing bad, but I kept noticing the prices didn’t really match what was coming out. After looking at a few items, it started to feel like a pattern where everything was just a bit more expensive than it should be. Not a terrible experience, but the value felt off to me.

I was hoping it would be better, but the food was bland, and my ribs came out dry. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while, too. It wasn’t the worst meal ever, but for the price, I definitely expected more

The drinks were good overall. I got a margarita, and it was definitely strong enough without tasting watered down, which I appreciated. It had a nice lime flavor and a good salt rim too.
The only downside for me was that it was a bit sweeter than I expected. I still enjoyed it, and my friend liked her cocktail as well, but I do wish it had been a little clearer how sweet the drinks were or whether you could ask for less syrup. I’d order again, just with clearer instructions next time.

The food was fine, like nothing bad really, but the portions felt a little hit or miss. Mine was okay, decent enough, but my friend’s plate looked small for what it cost. I don’t know, maybe it was just that dish or something. Not a terrible experience, I just expected a bit more. Probably 3 stars for now.

I actually liked the menu variety at Lone Star Texas Grill. We had a group at the table, and nobody had to do that awkward “I guess I’ll just get fries” thing because there were tacos, fajitas, burgers, ribs, salads, basically enough options to keep everyone happy. it almost felt like they designed the menu in a secret boardroom specifically to stop groups from arguing over where to eat.

The only reason I’d probably land at 4 stars is that after a while, a few items started to feel like they were all part of the same Tex-Mex master plan. Not bad at all, just a little similar here and there. Portions were good though, the choices were solid, and I’d definitely go back when I’m craving something casual and don’t want to think too hard about dinner.

We went in for dinner and the staff were ridiculously nice right from the start. Our server checked on us just the right amount without hovering, and they were really easy to chat with. The whole place had such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that it basically put us in a good mood instantly. I’d definitely go back.

We’ve been to Lone Star Texas Grill a handful of times now, and it’s one of those places where you pretty much know what you’re going to get. The food has always come out hot, the portions are generous, and the staff is usually nice. I usually go with the fajitas because they’ve never let me down. The only thing is, the wait can be a bit longer than you’d think sometimes, even when the place doesn’t look that packed. Still, we keep going back, so that probably says enough.

I’ve ordered here a couple times now, once for takeout and once for delivery when I was feeling too rushed to cook. The food showed up hot, and the ribs and fries were both really good. Portions were decent too. The delivery was a little later than the estimate, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d order again on a busy night.
